I like to share about soaking in His presence and spending quality time with the Father, because it is
such a vital part of my every day life.

Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God..."
Soaking is to become still in the presence of God and discover more about the Father and encounter

Psalm 61 and Psalm 91:1 speaks of an invitation into the Secret Place. It is for us to be positioned
for an encounter with God and as we draw near to God, He will draw near to us.
Soaking is a discipline to become still before God, knowing He is God and to realize that He has the
answer to all my questions.
We soak in His presence not to just receive from Him, but spend precious time with the Heavenly
Father and to feel what He feels and to see what He sees.

Jeremiah 29:13 "And you shall seek Me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all
your heart."
There must be a hunger for His presence and as all distractions are released and as I search
for God with all my heart, He will be found.

John 15  Abide in Me, Dwell in Me

Prayer and intercession is life altering and wonderfully divine.  But when we enter into the Holy
Place facing Him, we are to be quiet and LISTEN.  Our soul has to be quieted just as David said:
"My soul is quieted within me, even as a weened child."
Many times, while in the presence of the Lord, my mind is busy, thinking about all sorts of things.
Instead of jumping up and doing, I write down what I need to remember later.  This way I can
release those pesky thoughts and turn my attention to the Father instead.  Our minds can be
working overtime and this is why, we need to be disciplined to be able to practice the presence of
the Lord without any distractions.

Even after I have spent time with the Lord, I can and will carry His presence wherever I go and I
continue to keep my heart and mind stayed on Him.

Isaiah 26:3 NKJV "You will keep Him in perfect peace,  whose mind is stayed on You,
because he trusts in You."

Psalm 42

Each time I soak, I find myself going deeper as I encounter the Lord and I can see the open door
into heaven as in Revelations 4.  He is calling me up higher, and I can hear what He is telling me
about the things I have no knowledge of.

We are exercising our senses to discern both good and evil while spending time with the Beloved.
(see Hebrews 5:14).

Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God..."

As we become still before the Lord, we will get to know the Lord better, and become more
intimate.  Out of that time of intimacy, we will be able to see visions, hear and perceive what He is
saying to us.  These can include revelations, words of wisdom and knowledge as released by the
Spirit of God.  Many times, during soaking, I hear God telling me about my next assignment or I see
people and nations.  Often He gives me scriptures to confirm what He is saying, then I can move in
a revelatory prayer assignment.

Ephesians 5:15-16 "The times we live in are very serious. We must redeem the time as the
days are evil
." We are exhorted to know the will of God for our lives and therefore walk
accordingly as wise people.

1 Peter 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant, self-controlled and watchful ....."

Write down the revelations, visions, and words which are given to you while in His presence.
Then these can be released prophetically by declaring the directions given by the Lord.
Meditating, contemplating and thinking of His word brings revelation and we are sharpened tools to
release and prophecy as Ezekiel did.  (see Ezekiel 37).

The Lord is anointing us with fresh oil and our cup is overflowing even as we partake of the
Lord's table in the wilderness!  (see Psalm 23).
There is so much more in Him and I am so thirsty to know more about Him.  All mysteries are
hidden in Christ!

Gazing into the face of Jesus and looking into His eyes as I worship Him, I can sense His love
pounding on the door of my heart.
I quiet my heart and focus on Him.  I love on Him and He is loving on me.
My heart is screaming: "Lord I want to burn for You, I want to burn with my first love!
Burning with the Refiners Fire and see the chains falling off!  The restrictions, which traditions and
religion have kept us under, are released.
From the rising of the sun and the setting of the same, I will praise Him!
Not with an agenda of my own, but with thanksgiving in my heart, will I approach my heavenly
